information entrusted to us. Your personal information
is any information, or an opinion about you where your

with us and the extent to which you have used our services.
As a minimum we will have a record of your name, addresses
and contact details including telephone numbers and
in some cases fascimile numbers and email addresses.
Post office box numbers and other contact details may
also be held.
We may also hold information relating to financial
matters, including bank account and credit card details,
GST registration numbers. When performing consultancy,
research into needs analysis or trouble-shooting we
may also collect information about your business operations,
marketing and organisational structure.

us to provide services which meet your needs. We will
only collect your personal information where that personal
information is necessary for one or more of our functions
or activities we perform when providing services to

You have a right of access to your personal information
we keep on you.
You may request details of the personal information
about you. No fee will be charged for the making of
the request. We may charge an administrative fee for
the provision of this information to cover our costs.
However, we will inform you of any fee at the time a
request is made.

Accessing rights
Depending upon the nature of your request, we may ask
you to complete a personal information access request
form, and require you to properly identify yourself
to verify your right to receive the personal information
requested.
Correction
If you are aware of any of your personal information
is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date following an
access request, or because your circumstances have changed,
please inform us so that we can update our records.
We will correct any personal information that is not
